About me

Jade is a German-Chinese writer/director based in London.

Jade studied at the Beijing Film Academy before graduating from the National Film and Television School, where she studied Directing Fiction on a full scholarship.
Her graduation film TREMOLO, shot on 35mm and sponsored by Kodak, won Best Drama, Best Writer and Best Editor at the Student RTS Awards.

Her previous shorts include the sci-fi comedy ROYAL AFFAIRS, starring Kris Marshall, which was broadcast on national television and won an Audience Award at the Beijing Student Film Festival, and RED RED RED, funded by WDR and screened internationally, including at HollyShorts and Female Eye Toronto.

She currently developing her debut feature as a writer/director with BBC FIlm.

李丫丫是一位常驻伦敦的德籍华裔编剧/导演。

李丫丫曾就读于北京电影学院，之后毕业于德国科隆国际电影学院，并于英国国立电影电视学院（National Film and Television School）获得全额奖学金攻读剧情导演专业。她的毕业作品《Tremolo》由柯达赞助，以 35mm 胶片拍摄，并荣获 Student RTS Awards 最佳剧情片、最佳编剧及最佳剪辑奖。

她此前的短片作品包括由 Kris Marshall 主演的科幻喜剧《Royal Affairs》。该片曾在国家电视台播出，并获得北京大学生电影节观众奖。她的短片《Red Red Red》由德国西德广播公司（WDR）资助，并曾在多个国际电影节展映，包括 HollyShorts 和多伦多 Female Eye Film Festival。

李丫丫目前正以编剧/导演身份与 BBC Film 共同开发她的首部长片。
